Health & Safety On Site

At Hello Electrical, safety comes first. We are committed to providing a secure working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors. By following strict safety standards and procedures, we ensure that everyone on site goes home safe.

Safe Working Practices

To keep site safe and prevent accidents, all our workers and visitors must:

 

  • Complete Site Induction – Before entering the site for the first time.

  • Report Hazards – Immediately inform a supervisor of unsafe conditions or near misses.

  • Maintain Good Housekeeping – Keep walkways clear and work areas tidy.

  • Use Equipment Properly – Only trained and authorized personnel may operate machinery.

  • Follow Site Signage – Obey warning signs, speed limits, and barrier systems.

  • Stay Alert – Be aware of moving vehicles, cranes, and other heavy plant.

  • Work Safely at Height – Use approved scaffolding and fall-protection equipment.

  • Lift Correctly – Follow safe manual handling techniques and use lifting aids where necessary.

  • Drugs and Alcohol – Strictly prohibited at work.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

PPE must be worn at all times while on site. Standard PPE includes:

  • Hard Hat – Protects against falling objects and head injuries.

  • High-Visibility Clothing – Ensures you are clearly seen by site personnel and machinery operators.

  • Safety Boots – Steel-toe or composite footwear prevents foot injuries.

  • Gloves – Protect hands from cuts, abrasions, and contact with hazardous materials.

  • Eye Protection – Safety glasses or goggles are required in designated area
